Join us for another round of Bootcamp to CrossFit Foundations! This is a fast and easy way to transition from our Bootcamp program into CrossFit. You will learn and review the barbell movements that are specific to our CrossFit program that we do not practice in Bootcamp classes. This is a group environment with a low athlete to coach ratio to make sure you stay safe and feel as confident as possible in the movements! After the session, you will have a few options to move into CrossFit classes depending on how comfortable you felt with the movements. SIGN UP HERE!
