Myriad Health + Fitness will be hosting a six-week kids series starting Sunday, November 6 for both littles and bigs. Kids will learn various movements in a fun environment to encourage physical activity each week! The first session will be for ages 2-6 at 9a and the second session will be for ages 7-12 at 10a.
Each week will focus on the following programming with variations for their appropriate age group:
- Week 1: Agility
- Week 2: Step-ups and Jumping
- Week 3: Gymnastics
- Week 4: Squat Movements
- Week 5: Deadlifts
- Week 6: Presses

***If class is full, add your name to the wait list. If we get at least 3 names on the waitlist, we can add another Coach and more kids into the class.
