Kid camps allow children to have fun while taking a week to learn new skills and that exercise is fun! Our kids camps incorporate learning bodyweight and weighted movements while playing games that focus on teamwork, coordination and more. Our yoga teachers will make guest appearances to help children learn how relaxation, breathing and different poses lead to better overall health. This camp is tailored to kids ages 6-12 years old.
