This 8-week series is intended for any crossfit athletes interested in learning more about weightlifting but maybe not ready or able to commit to a full-scale weightlifting program. It is perfect for individuals who want to dabble in the Olympic lifts but do not want to sacrifice their other goals or take away too much time and energy from the CrossFit classes. This series will focus on more break-down of the weightlfiting movements practiced in CrossFit. You will have more time to focus on the specifics of these movements to help improve and enhance your CrossFit workouts.
*You do not need to attend all 8-weeks. Classes may be scheduled one at a time.
