Monday: Open Gym 11:00-1:00pm @ 922 and 1:00-3:00pm @ Monon Tuesday: celebrating the new year with a 2018 themed chipper! Come in for a nice long sweat to start off the new year right. Wednesday: starting the day out with a strength test, finding a one rep max overhead squat! If you are uncomfortable with this movement, then come on in and work lighter weight and higher reps to get a head start on turning a weakness into a strength this year. We will finish the day off with a rotating EMOM featuring a combination of cardio and skill movements. Thursday: another strength movement to begin our Thursday, this time reacquainting ourselves with an old friend: the bench press. You will finish the day out with a lightweight barbell triplet. Friday: taking on week 1 of Row’d Royalty to see if we can continue the NapTown winning streak with the new team format and also getting your engines ready for the Open. Saturday: closing the week out with a nasty partner workout combining the hero workout DT with a special surprise! Bring a friend and get ready to work!]]>
