Monday: getting the week started right with Olympic lifting technique work. We will finish the day out with a quick couplet with gymnastics and light weightlifting Tuesday: working on strict pressing strength and single leg strength as our accessory piece today before taking on an oldie but goodie, the Chief. Wednesday: starting out with some dynamic weightlifting for your strength piece today. From there, we will work into some intervals to close the day out, the goal will be consistent intensity through every round Thursday: beginning the day on explosive accessory work that will lead you into a cardio filled chipper! Friday: closing out the work week with a max out squat, come ready to lift heavy. We will finish the work week out with a jump rope and squat couplet. Saturday: grab a friend or make a new one in class today! All partnered up for today with a mix of weightlifting and fun gymnastics challenges.]]>
