CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 7/3-7/9

Monday: we will have a fun and sweaty partner workout to get your week started and leave you feeling good before the holiday tomorrow. The workout will consist of a lot of shoulder stability and booty work to help you feel great in that ‘Merica bathing suit. Tuesday: open gym setting today at Delaware and Monon. You can work on your weaknesses or take on one of the hero workouts we have selected that day to honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Wednesday: after two days of pretty long and intense workouts, we will be slowing things down on Wednesday with some weightlifting technique work. It will be the perfect way to give your body a shake out without pushing too hard and causing a lot more stress to your system. Thursday: taking on a classic benchmark lady today in classes. Be sure to record your scores in train heroic to see your progress! We will finish the day off with some play time upside down. Friday: week one of Row’d Royalty plus is today! Prepare for rowing paired with another movement and get ready to crush it. Saturday: we are going to spend our Saturday getting strong and playing with odd objects. We will be working in an on the minute fashion, working with odd objects and sleds for a fun and fresh day! Have a fun and fit week!]]>
