CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 7/31 – 8/6/17

Pike 13 account with an August 6th cutoff to reserve yourself a seat. If you have friends and family who would like to join the fun, send eric@crossfitnaptown.com an email letting him know how many tickets you will need. Monday: getting gymnasty today with a hero workout centered around gymnastic movements of varying skill levels. This will be super scalable and hopefully leave you feeling like a kid again after some fun movements! Tuesday: starting off with a core and glute activation for the warm up before heading into a heavy barbell workout. The workout will be shorter time frame but on the heavier side to test that domain of fitness. Wednesday: lace up your running shoes and get ready to push today! Time for a good old fashioned time trial. We will finish the day off with a sort of strongman, odd object piece. If you participated in or watched Strength in Our Streets, then this may look familiar! Thursday: slowing things down more today with mobility work to start the day off. This work will build into your strength piece for the day. Have some fun and get as heavy as you can! Friday: done with Row’d Royalty!! That means Fridays will be back in our control and we are kicking this week off with a pump session 🙂 You will finish out with fast interval work sure to leave your legs feeling super solid. Saturday: it wouldn’t be CrossFit Games season without a version of a workout that the elite of the sport will be taking on. We are going to be doing a pretty highly modified version of the Triple G chipper. If you are super into the sport of fitness, you may know sort of what that means.
