Trying something new can be scary, but stepping outside of our comfort zones and trying new things is an essential part of personal growth and achieving our goals.
We want and need to avoid stagnation. When we do the same thing over and over again, our bodies become accustomed to it, and we stop seeing progress. The alternative — we just get bored and forget that we should always be “playing,” even as adults. This is where the Myriad May Be Fit Challenge comes in.

We will be offering prizes to those who complete the challenges and record them on our SugarWod tracking system. We will also keep an eye on the most “engaged” May Be Fitters and track them on social media as we represent the #myriadmaybefit hashtag. Trying new habits can help us develop a growth mindset. When we try new things, we are stepping outside of our comfort zones, and that can be uncomfortable at first. But when we approach new experiences with a growth mindset, we are more likely to see challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. That is core to our DNA — sometimes we just need a little bit of accountability to pull it out of us.
