Nov 9 did 5 rounds of Fight Gone Bad and only did 183 reps. High round 20 reps Low round 32 Reps.

I think my log/journal has bad math. I guess the most i did was not even 160 Reps.
Oh wow, goes way back. Those were the days before the wooden lifting lane, 4 rowers, and probably 6 barbells. Crazy how far the gym has come along!

Did the accidental “modification” of fight gone bad where we switched off each round instead of each doing all 3 rounds straight… But we’ll get it right next time!!
