Flow Pose: Pindasana
There’s hip work for lotus pose, deep forward folding work, core work, neck work, etc. Have fun making all of these parts flow together or breaking them down methodically depending on how you are feeling as you play with this movement. Spend the week listening to your body and fret less about getting into the full version of the pose.
Restorative/Yin Pose: Side Bending Wide Leg Forward Fold
Take the time this week to let yourself feel supported! This pose may be asking a lot for some of you so take the time to find the modifications that you need to feel a juicy stretch without overdoing it.
