OUR CLASSES
This heavily-propped practice features postures focused on resting, recovering + mindful breathing. Prepare to hold a small sequence of gentle poses for 5-7 minutes at a time, in a restorative yoga style.
A great class to work on your flexibility + recovery, for both yoga students + athletes. This class is slower-paced — focused on mobility + stretching, expect to hold poses for 2-3 minutes at a time, similar to a yin-yoga class.
A slower-paced class that spends time breaking down the alignment of postures. Expect to spend several breaths in each pose. Some classes may even take time to instruct various poses in a workshop style.
Our vinyasa style class that focuses on pairing breath with movement. Build a flow together + expect repetition of movement. This class allows space for students to takeaway or build-in additional postures when they feel called to.
Access deeper stretch, create challenge + play with your yoga practice. Using a silk hammock, as a prop, you will work on traditional + non-traditional postures, both grounded + flying. Expect to invert + spin some in class. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are pregnant, have joint replacement or spinal issues. **Fitness/movement experience recommended.
