Class schedule

CrossFit

CrossFit classes are (60) minutes long and include both strength training, cardio components and barbell work. Expect time to work on and test skills of varying levels. Six months of previous experience or enrollment in our Foundations course required to start.

Move

Our Move classes are (45) minutes long and offer a “break” from our regularly scheduled CrossFit + Bootcamp classes. Keep moving for a long sweat session that is adaptable to your needs for the day.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting sessions provide time for individual training in Olympic Weightlifting that moves you through a progressive system. Expect coach-led sessions instructing you on how to move + perform, with individual programming to guide your training.

Yoga

With classes ranging from (45 – 75) minutes long, we offer a full spectrum of yoga styles including heated classes, vinyasa flow, alignment, yin + restorative yoga, and aerial. Choose the class that aligns with your needs for the day.
