What is partner acrobatics?
A unique way to use your strength and mobility. With elements of gymnastics, CrossFit, cheerleading, and yoga, Acro skills can be combined in a myriad of ways to advance your fitness practice. With your interest in dynamic and functional movement, come explore and play at our partner acrobatics workshop.
A 2-hour event with the first 90 minutes spent learning basic acro postures and ways to link them together in a flow. We’ll save the remaining 30 minutes for you to play with what we learned – open gym style. You will have the opportunity to try basing, flying, and spotting – all three roles are crucial to acro success! You do not need to bring your own partner (though you should be prepared to work with others!) or have any previous yoga or acro experience to join.
