A six-week series focusing on building basic skills and concepts of Acro. Learn dynamic movement incorporating elements from gymnastic, CrossFit, cheerleading and yoga! Take time each week to break down movement and learn new sequences and combinations, build confidence and and advance your skills. Following each class is an optional two-hour Jam to play, practice and skill share on your own. No partner required – meet new friends and have a playful experience!
- 6-Wk Series Starting April 17
- Every Sunday 1-2pm (you do not have to attend all 6 but are welcome to!)
- Acro Jam to follow 2-4pm;
- Class included for unlimited members,
- $18 drop-in (includes Jam)
- $5 cash Jam-only
