Looking for a non-traditional way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Perhaps you are looking for a way to get your partner or a friend to start a yoga practice?
Couples Yoga is a light-hearted and playful event to bond, laugh and share your practice with someone important to you. We will move together with our partners building trust and steadiness with shared postures, breathwork, and light meditation. No experience is required and all bodies and relationships are welcome. There are in-studio and virtual availability for both time slots for this event! Just be sure to choose the correct one when registering.
