Becoming the best version of yourself shouldn’t have to wait until an arbitrary date, January 1st, every year. It should and could happen at any time in the year! (rant over)
Best guess what… the New Year is near and so let’s get to it.
Goals can be intimidating, huge, and scary. That’s why we want to help and get you to commit to ONE THING for January. Don’t overthink it. Don’t stress yourself out.
You have no idea what the rest of the year is going to throw at you so don’t go crazy with a year long goal. Let’s just start with 31 days in January.
I want to walk one mile every day.
I want to eat three different vegetables every day.
I want to be alcohol free.
You choose. You tell us. We hold you accountable!
