Myriad Weightlifting will be hosting its second annual Capital Cup, a sanctioned meet, this coming November.

Participation will be limited so sign up early to compete. Must be a USAW (USA Weightlifting) Member to compete. All weight categories will be contested and prizes will be awarded to the top lifters (male and female). 

Spectators are welcome to join!
