The 2024 CrossFit Open is officially over… or is it?
Yes, the official workouts have been completed, but we, at Myriad, have more to come… more fun that is!
The Violet Voyagers, Team Love+Peace, and Junkyard Dawgs all have something to fight for. The 2024 Myriad Intramural Open Title! There is so much up for grabs this Saturday during the 24.FUN challenges.
Know Before You Go:
– The event begins at 10am but please be there at 9:45am to prep.
– It is open to ALL Myriad members, whether or not you were on an Intramural team. So come join the fun!
– There will be some movement during the events but it won’t be hardcore workouts like the CrossFit Open… we really lean into the “fun” aspect of 24.FUN.
– If you are seeking a really good workout but still want to participate, take the 8am Bootcamp class, or the 9am CrossFit class prior to the event.
– Wear your team colors! If you don’t know what they are, ask a teammate or coach 🙂
