Find Your Flow is perfect for anyone just beginning their yoga practice or returning after a long hiatus. This four week series includes eight classes that help you build the foundational skills needed to step confidently onto your yoga mat. Throughout the four weeks, we will guide you through common yoga postures and sequences, help you understand how and when to utilize props and modify poses, teach basic breathing practices, simple meditation techniques, and the ground floor basics of yogic philosophy. With a limited class size, you will receive a focused attention from your seasoned teacher. We will learn through repetition and practice, all with a functional approach to yoga.
