CrossFit can seem intimidating, we get it! However, it doesn’t have to be. Join us for a 4-Week Beginner Foundations Series where you will be guided through the basics of CrossFit within a group setting. This accessible series will give you consistent coaching and attention with a group of no more than eight individuals. Lead Coach, Blair Agan will be assisted with a rotating cast of Myriad Coaches so that you become familiar with a variety of coaching staff + styles, helping you feel comfortable in any class scenario. With two classes per week, you will learn through repetition and become familiar with a routine class.
