Bring your best witches to socialize and connect with your inner magic.
Joined by Grounded Plant + Floral, Devin Cahill (owner of BodyLoveCoach), Lex Ingram (Yoga Therapist + Teacher.), Zoe Lowden (Yoga Teacher + Tarot Card Reader) + Megan Hanna (Cosmic Inquisitor + Yoga teacher), Myriad Yoga will be offering this playful event to plant seeds of intention, to manifest our desires, and to grow into our most vibrant Self!
The event starts with a warm vinyasa flow class to stoke your creativity and clear space. Following, partake in our seed planting + propagation workshops, where you will learn to promote new plant growth with found supplies and take home a seed start and plat propagation! Then, learn about the world of aromatherapy and herbs as you blend salts, oils, and botanicals to create a luxurious herbal bath soak to your preferences. Sit down for a tarot or astrology reading to help you consider the “seeds” you wish to plant this Spring. Finally, enjoy a soothing yin yoga class to help you calm and nurture the mind, nourishing your seeds of intention. LEARN MORE HERE
