We are so excited to be offering TWO advanced aerial workshops this May, led by teacher Julianne Myers! These 90-minute workshops will provide opportunities to build skills + postures that aren’t always accessible in a typical aerial class. Each workshop builds upon the other, however they can also stand alone + there is no requirement to take both.

Advanced Aerial Strength (May 14th, 11 – 12:30 pm):

Build your balance + strength through this flow workshop focused on arm, core + grip strength. We’ll breakdown skills needed for power moves + then combine them into our movement flow. Think handstands, inversions + more time in the air! You must have attended at least FIVE aerial yoga classes to attend this workshop. SIGN UP HERE

Advanced Aerial Postures (May 21st, 11 – 12:30 pm + 30-minute photo shoot):

During this exploration flow, you’ll discover new ways of adding flips, inversions + advanced movement pathways into your aerial yoga movement. We’ll explore creative + fun ways to advance your favorite poses. There will be more time in this workshop to breakdown complex moves + practice them before putting the pieces all together into an advanced flow. Students will have the option to stay for a complimentary photo shoot after for pictures in your favorite pose! You must have attended at least 10 aerial yoga classes to attend this workshop. Times: 11 am – 12:30 pm // (May 21st will extend to 1 pm with photo shoot)

Who: Any aerial student having attend 5 – 10 classes (dependent on the workshop)
