CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 12/23/19-12/29/19

Monday: celebrating the holidays with a long standing NapTown tradition in the 12 Days of Christmas WOD! You will work through 12 movements in the pattern of the song. The movements are a mix of bodyweight and barbell movements to keep things fun and interesting throughout. Tuesday: limited schedule today with Christmas Eve. We will be working through a partner AMRAP where one partner is holding a position while the other is accumulating reps in each movement. Wednesday: Merry Christmas! The gym will be closed today so our coaches and athletes can spend the day with family and friends. Thursday: another limited schedule day today with a long chipper workout for everyone to sweat out the eggnog and cookies! Friday: almost back to our full schedule today without the very early morning classes and back to full hour classes. We will start the day off with some strict gymnastics work before moving into a bit of interval work with cardio, a kettlebell, and a gymnastics movement. Saturday: back to our regularly scheduled classes with a bit of strength work on the barbell. Your workout will be 5 rounds of a barbell complex paired with a jump rope with a little bit of rest between each round to help keep the intensity high. Have a fun and fit week!]]>
