Wanting to get your Memorial Day workout in? Our schedule will be adjusted for the day but we still have plenty of times to get your movement in for the day! CrossFit + Bootcamp will be running versions of Murph throughout the morning, while Weightlifting will proceed as usual during that time. Yoga will be free that day and conveniently lined up to attend post-workout! See the full schedule below.
