Curious about how the Open is going to work at NapTown this year? You’ve come to the right place! There are two offerings each week:
Option 1 – In class on Fridays: We will be doing Open Workouts in ALL Strength & Fitness Classes on Fridays beginning March 12. We will not have judging coordinated for you during these classes, but you are able to bring one friend/family member over the age of 18 to judge you if you want an official score. They will not need to register for class, but they will need to have their temperature checked and wear a mask. You will report your own scores to CrossFit following each workout, and we will log in and certify scores.
Option 2 – Saturday Competitors classes: If you want judging taken care of for you, you can join us during our Competitors class on Saturdays starting March 13. In addition to our normal 6:30am Comp class, we will offer a special 11:45am class for these three weeks. Both classes will have a 20 person maximum, assuming that we’ll have two waves of the workout. You will be expected to judge one athlete in return. Advance sign up is mandatory, and please be advised that these classes are more player-coach in nature – you will not have as much cueing or individual attention as you would in a normal Strength & Fitness class.
