Monday: we will get the week started on strength work for the upper body, targeting the triceps in particular today. Your workout will be a high rep piece with work on the minute to slow you down. Tuesday: we will be honoring the life of an old friend today, Artie Stevens. The workout is a Fight Gone Bad style piece with 5 movements, working for 1:00 each. Artie was all about team work so you will be taking on the workout with a partner. Wednesday: back to the barbell today with strength work targeting the posterior chain. We will finish the day off with two rounds of cardio work, getting medium length intervals on three different mono structural and gymnastics movements. Thursday: the day will kick off with isometric work, focusing on gymnastics and lower body strength. We will close the day out with intervals with a barbell and strict gymnastics work. Friday: every year at NpaTown Fitness, we close out the year with a hero workout called Hidalgo that involves a good bit of running to start and finish. We will be doing a bit of prep work today for that workout so you have a bit of running under your belt before the 31st. Saturday: starting our weekend with a bit of accessory work before taking on a long AMRAP full of weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics! Have a fun and fit week!]]>
