CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 10/28/19-11/3/19

Monday: getting our week started with a rowing benchmark test to see where our rowing is at as we head into cooler weather and more time on the rowers. We will retest this as spring approaches to see our winter progress! You will close the day out with a couplet on the minute to challenge your pacing and heart rate control. Tuesday: getting the day started on the barbell with Olympic lifting technique work with a focus on positions. We will close the day out with a couplet featuring two uncommon movements using a jump rope and kettlebell. Wednesday: moving into the middle of the week with accessory work focusing on unilateral work and challenging imbalances and smaller muscle groups. We will close the day out with a triplet with the bike and two bodyweight movements that will challenge your cardio today. Thursday: having some fun to get our Halloween started before moving into a spooky 13:00 AMRAP before week 4 of the CrossFit open. Friday: week 4 of the 2020 Open with the workout released at 8pm on Thursday evening. We will be working through the Open workout in classes on Friday in pairs, judging and counting for one another. Saturday: barring any conflicts with the open workout, we will be working through a long chipper with a partner today featuring some cardio work, a lighter barbell for high reps, gymnastics, and rope climbs!
