CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 10/14/19-10/20/19

Monday: kicking the week off with some accessory work for the posterior chain and core! We will close out the day with a longer test on the bike to push your physical and mental capabilities. Tuesday: more core and gymnastics work to start the day out today. Your workout today will be quick sprint intervals with low reps and simple movements to keep you moving quickly. Wednesday: starting the day off with a bench press variation for a bit of strength work before a longer workout. We will be getting outside as the weather is still on our side for a few more weeks before rowing season begins! Mixed in with the metabolic work will be a bit of bodyweight movements to mix things up. Thursday: We are getting our day started with an overhead squat variation that will test your balance and stability. The exercise will go a long way in improving your positions and making the overhead squat easier for you. The workout will be a quick couplet to get you a bit of a sweat in before the second workout of the 2020 Open. Friday: week 2 of the 2020 Open with the workout released at 8pm on Thursday evening. We will be working through the Open workout in classes on Friday in pairs, judging and counting for one another. Saturday: we will be participating in the workout Grace in classes today to continue an October tradition as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Have a fun and fit week!]]>
