CrossFit Weekly Programming Preview : 7/29/19-8/4/19

Monday: starting the week off with a classic benchmark lady. The workout features high rep gymnastics work and will require smart scaling  to remain safe and healthy for the rest of the week. Tuesday: getting into some banded strength work today after all bodyweight work on Monday. You will open class up with a bit of accessory prep to get you ready to lift. We will close out the day with cardio sprint intervals. Wednesday: taking on some stability and core work paired with a fun strongman movement to get the day started. We will close out your day with a fast couplet with dumbbells and step ups. Thursday: back to weightlifting to start the day off, working on positions with one of our Olympic lifts. Your workout for the day is a medium length AMRAP with running and kettlebell work. Friday: most of the warm up and preparation for today will be reviewing scales and progressions for some difficult gymnastics movements that we will be working with in the workout. You will be pairing these gymnastics movements with back squats for the final workout of the work week. Saturday: spending our weekend with a partner with a long AMRAP full of cardio pieces, strength work, and strong man play time. Have a fun and fit week!]]>
