TODAY’s WORKOUT

10 Min AMRAP

You have 30 Seconds to Complete the following… 5 Jackalopes (will be taught in class) 50 Meter Run

(Every time you skip a 30 Second Round you then decrease to 4 Jackalopes, then 3, then 2, then 1 and stay at 1 til you finish the 10 Minutes. )

THEN… FIELD DAY ACTIVITIES

 

We will be airing all the Games coverage in our new TV Area.  Please join us when you can.  Plans are to watch the games as a group this Saturday between 2-5pm and 8:30pm – 11:30pm.

Bring food and beverages of your choice.  We plan to cookout and hang out.

FRIDAY 8 a.m. – Gates open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Team competition 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Masters competition 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Individual competition 5:15 p.m. – 11:15 p.m. Live on ESPN3 (EST. Adjusted)

All times local, PDT EXCEPT THOSE IN RED have already been adjusted for Eastern Standard Time.

On Saturday, July 14th, CrossFit NapTown will be participating in the fight against Cancer at the Little Red Door Cancer Agency’s “BIG RED BASH.”  Follow the instructions below to help the cause and be a part of something big.  CrossFit NapTown will have a booth at the event and we want as many members as possible to join CrossFit NapTown’s Zumba Team. The Largest Zumba Class World Record Attempt will be taking place at Noon and we want you to be a part of it.  Follow the instructions below and if you have questions please email Coach Jared:  jared@crossfitnaptown.com

    BVe lucky everyday for your Naptown crew. The gym here is great, but there isn’t one single viewing party planned for the games.
    However Kim will be visting, so our 6AM crew will be having a mini-reunion.

  7. Loved today! So fun and amazing weather. I am awful at throwing things so if I’m ever mad enough to throw something, y’all are in the clear.
    Dropped to 1 jackalope for the last 4 rounds.

  8. Dropped to 1 jackalope faster than I’d like to admit, but tossed in an extra one in the last round.

  9. Woof. That was rough. Down to 1 Jackalope for the last 4 rounds. Maintained at 2 longer than I thought I could though.

  10. Well I blew at that….but as I told Martin my body does not understand burpees/jackalopes once I’m on the ground I don’t ever feel in a hurry to get back up……needless to say I finished at 1. Uugghhhhh
