Meet your teacher…

Celia Sadjadi, M.S., LMHC-A, N.C.C, RYT200

Celia Sadjadi is a psychotherapist and yoga teacher in Indianapolis. Celia became a member of the Myriad yoga community in 2018, graduated from Myriad’s 2021 yoga teacher training, and has been teaching at the studio since 2022. As a mental health professional and yoga teacher, Celia understands the infrangible connection between the body and mind, and she is passionate about supporting others on the journey to becoming their best selves. Outside of work, Celia is a professional ghost-writer, an avid traveler, and happiest spending time outdoors with her husband, Geoff.
