Monday: after a very long benchmark to start last week, we will be hitting a fast sprint today to keep things varied. This is one of the most classic girl wods and a perfect workout to check your fitness progress.We will round out the day with a rotating skill piece. Tuesday: starting the day with functional mobility work and explosive work before getting into a longer workout. Pack some warm layers for today and get ready to lace up your running shoes for this one. Wednesday: getting into our first big strength work of the week today with a combination of pulling and pushing. We will close out the day with a fun triplet of movements with a combination of weightlifting and gymnastics movements. Thursday: we are starting our Thursday with some gymnastics skill work in the rings. We will close the day out with a 12:00 AMRAP of a cardio and gymnastics couplet. Friday: week 3 of the fall full body challenge workouts! Retesting last year’s AMRAP with a combination of thrusters and gymnastics skills. We will close out the day with some strength work after you finish out the FFBC workout. Saturday: closing the week out with a partner workout involving lots of strong man work with sandbags, carries, and pulls! Have a fun and fit week!]]>
