The 100 KBS killed me. I could feel my forearms really start to tighten up and I was nervous I would lose my grip so I had to keep breaking them up. My row actually feels better. I think I kept my 1000 meter under 4 minutes. I was rowing around 1:56 for a 500/m. It was a fun workout. I wonder what the times would be if it were reversed?

  2. Time 10:31. This was another mental battle, I just had to remind myself each rep I finished was one less rep to worry about. All in all a great morning. Now working to get a roof over our head. Stay tuned!!!

Rowing was great as expected and KBS were awful as expected. Grip strength was the limiting factor on this workout with two pulling movements back to back.
First mental battle I’ve had in a while!

I broke up the 100 KBS into 5 sets of 20. That helped me with my breathing and how tired my arms were getting. I need to work on how powerful my rows are to get through them faster and more efficiently.
