      Had a few seconds taken away because I had to rearrange my equipment in order to have room to do double unders. Took some long breaks in between the last few transitions. Everything unbroken except the 2nd round of dead lifts (broken up: 15,8). My lower left back is giving me issues the last few days. maybe some yoga tomorrow or a good stretch for sure.
