CrossFit Crown Point Summer Bash!

Saturday, July 28, 2012 8:00am  Central Time 1003 E. SUMMIT ST CROWN POINT, IN 46307

There will be two divisions / Elite Men and women and Intermediate men and women. The elite division will be a tough competition filled with a ton of skill work and top notch athletes.

The intermediate division was formed to allow good athletes who have been CrossFitting 6 months to 2 years to compete. In our past competitions we have seen very talented athletes in our intermediate divisions also.

If you are thinking about entering this event and are afraid you will not be able to complete the events, please ask a coach and we can answer any questions you may have. The owner of CF Crown Point thinks this may be the best thing you do all summer!

a little upset about my performance today. i shoulda killed this one, but apparently a week’s vacation will make you forget how to crossfit…

    1. Rachel, keep your head up. One of the fun things about CrossFit is that some workouts humble us and others we kill. Just put this in the bank and move on. You can’t be expected to hit every WOD out of the park.

  4. RXed – 15:42 – surprisingly the HPCs were the hardest part of this one (had to break them up into 2s and 3s)

  5. HPC reps at 75#
16:13 at 95#. My wrists need to toughen up, but I was pretty happy with my performance. RXed was only 10#s away. Almost there!:)

  6. 15:36 at 53#. Definitely should have toughed it out and done more unbroken rounds, however, form looked (and felt) good so I’m not too upset.
