  1. I can’t be at the open gym time. So I picked a hero workout that is in honor of a fellow Marine. My time for this was 55:01.
Marine Staff Sgt Daniel Hansen died February 14th in Farah Providence, Afghanistan when an IED he was working on detonated. Daniel is survived by his mother Sheryll, his father Delbert, his younger sister Katie, and his twin brother Matthew (also a Marine).
    Five rounds for time
30 reps, 2 pood Kettlebell swing
    30 Burpees
    30 Glute-ham sit-ups

    1. Also I had to modify a little, I used a 35# dumbbell as my kettle bell, and regular sit ups because of not having the proper device for glute-ham sit-ups. No scale for the burpees.

  2. I did it, I completed my first hero wod, I am so proud of myself, I did the Bradley workout, which was 10 rounds of 100 meter sprint ( fast jog for me) then 10 ring pull ups, then another 100 meter sprint, then 10 box burpees, with 10 second rest between rounds. I completed mine in 55:40. Want to thank coach Butch for encouragement, and pushing me and all of the members who showed up today, thanks for the support I could not have done it without you.

  3. Bradshaw… 54 mins… RX 85% of the time and here’s why… I started off with the Ab mat for the hspu’s but after a few rounds realized I didn’t need it… And… The last 2 rounds I only did 6 dl’s cuz it was killing me!

  4. Me too Jeff! My first Hero WOD!
    Did Bradshaw in 42:00
Scaled the HS push ups with AbMat and a plate
Did the first round and a half with unassisted pullups, then went to a red band.
