Ugly Sweater Fridays for December

We’re going to borrow a page from CrossFit Fishers but extend it a little further.  For the month of December we will have Ugly Sweater Fridays!!!  We will pick a winner December 30th for the overall ugliest sweater in which you will then be crowned…

2011 CFNT Most Ugly Sweater Champion!!!

HOWEVER, there is one stipulation to this contest.  You MUST wear your sweater during that day’s WOD, no matter what the WOD is.  So if you think you have what it takes to rock an Ugly Sweater, you better be ready to Sweat in that Sweater!!!
Fine Print: WINNER will receive a $20 Credit to their account which can be used towards future membership, apparel, Muscle Milks (Eric M.), etc…

  1. OHS: I worked up to 145, but missed the last rep trying to reach the proper depth.
    WOD: 5 rounds + 9 burpees.
    Ring Hold: Max hold was 20 seconds. I really need to lose some weight to make it easier!

  2. worked up to 205 on the OHS. Technique was a little sloppy. First time heavy on these in a long time.
    WOD 7rds and 3 burpees. Debated taking a rest day before I did this, but went after it with full steam. Overall, it was a really fun WOD. Nice to have a solid triplet AMRAP.

  3. OHS – finished at 115, lost the last set due to weak wrist. Feeling a lot stronger since doing this last.
    WOD 5 rounds & 150 row

  4. OHS = need some work.
    WOD = 5 rounds + 5 burpees
    Ring Hold = good, but could always be better.
    Always nice to have a full group at the 6:30 Friday workout. It was nice to meet Mike and Brenna tonight as well!

  5. OHS worked up to 105#, but I was still taking it easy from a sore shoulder earlier in the week (wall climbs?)
    WOD: 7 rounds + 30m
    Post: 1:05

  6. OHS – 63#
    WOD – 5 rounds + 147 meters
    Post – pumped to get a couple ring holds on my own, even if they were brief.
