I think 17:27 on this…I kind of feel like a wuss for taking so dang long, but this is maybe only the 2nd wod I’ve done with 1 pood kb. Several of my KB swings were sloppy, need to keep building up strength.
You did great Megan! Going heavy can slow you down but you fought through it! I’m proud of you! Now translate that to Spanish for me! 🙂
