Join us for a restorative Yoga Nidra session to help your body move from a time of action to a time of letting go. Allow yourself to reap the benefits of all that you have put forth this year.Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.
