20 minutes of fun. No really, it was a good one!
well…today was the day i had to stop in the middle of my workout. got through 3 rounds in 7ish minutes when i was convinced to stop because of my back (gotta learn how to bring the bar DOWN more effectively).
silver lining: my new consecutive HSPU max is 7 with the #15 plate!

6 rounds + 9 GTO (55#) w/ mod. HSPU
8 rounds + 3 ground to overhead ( accidentally used 125# )
HSPU scaled to 45 + 10 + ab mat

2 Rounds Scaled HSPU w/ 45 + ab mat
Remainder HSPU’s were scaled using 24″ box
6 rounds + 6 GTO (63# and scaled HSPUs to 24″ box)
5 rds and 6 Ground to Overhead (#95/1.5 KB HSPU abmat w/45lb plate)
7 rounds and 3 kettlebell swings using 1 pood and 75# scaled HSPU with 45# plate 25# plate and an ab mat.

HSPU were seriously ugly and scaled with ab mat/25# plate
did this at thursday’s noon class as a make-up WOD.
115#s, 1.5 pood, HSPU with ab mat only
6 rounds plus 3 KBs
Did this GTO wod as a make up wod on thursday night. Got 7+11 at 115, 1.5kbs, and had an abmat on the ground to buffer my head. I did kipping hspu. Think it should be rx’d but not sure since I needed the soft abmat to cushion my dome.
Thanks to Eric and Peter for cheering me on at the end and helping me on my form. I need to get my form nailed down!
