COACH HIGHLIGHT: MEET RICHIE

Richie has been a fitness coach for three years AND has taught Karate for twelve years! (Did you know he teaches Karate at Myriad on Friday mornings???) He loves being able to watch individuals acquire skills that they never able to do before, or that they just thought they could never do. One of Richie’s favorite skills is any form of jumps (we have seen him jump onto some pretty tall surfaces 😮), but he also rather enjoys squats and push jerks as well. His first love is martial arts. Richie has done Karate for 20 years now, and Jujitsu for the last three or four, though it has been a bit sparse the last several months. Outside of that, he gets outside as much as is possible. He loves canoeing, camping, hiking, hunting, or any mix of those things.
