Option 2:
Did you miss a class from earlier in the week? Look back at our workouts from earlier in the week and try out one that you missed.
Option 3:
"MOVE" @ Home
90 Ground to Overhead
90 No Push Up Burpees
90 Lateral Step Ups or Cossack Squats
**every 3:00 including start, perform 3 Wall Walks
