Quarterly Family MOVE returns on Sunday, June 2nd! Join us for our Summer class and celebrate PRIDE with your Family! June’s class is an opportunity to share your Pride and support for LGBTQ+ with your kids. This quarter’s class will be FREE to any Family with a suggested donation to Trinity Haven in honor of Pride Month. Trinity Haven is a local organization that “provides safe, affirming housing for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing housing instability.”
Each quarter, Myriad features a Family MOVE-style class — this class is meant to be casual + fun with no pressure to perform or compete. Family MOVE is a great way to enjoy playful time with your kids and teach them that exercise and fitness can and should be fun!
This class is is designed for kids of all ages:
- Toddler or baby? Great, they will be your weight for the day!
- Little kiddo? Help guide them through the exercises in a more playful fashion.
- Older kid or teen? Just simply workout side by side! This is a judgement free class where it is OK for your baby to cry and your kid to be loud.
