July 5th: NO 6am. Cancelling Fundamentals

  1. was able to get the following workout in after getting back from the track tonight(at 9pm ish)
    10k run (treadmill)
    57:27 – I didn’t push the pace because I ate within 30min of starting the run (my stomach wasn’t feeling too well when I started), pushed the pace for the last 10 min
