This workout is a hero wod created in honor of US Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo. This is a long workout and should be done as a bodyweight workout for most athletes but a weight vest can be worn or weight can be held during the bodyweight movements if you are an advanced athlete wanting a greater push. There is a 36:00 time cap on this workout, scale accordingly to finish within that time frame.

The easiest way to scale this workout back is to drop the reps on the bodyweight movements or shorten the distance on the run.

You can also modify the movements by limiting your range of motion to arrange that works for you or by taking weight off of your body by dropping to the knees or elevating the hands on push ups or by using your upper body to assist in standing up from your lunges or squats.
This workout can be made more difficult by adding weight to your body on each of the bodyweight movements or by wearing a weight vest
