We are working on a few strength items today. Please post your weights and loads to the blog. Also, record it in a personal notebook. We want every one to have these numbers for future reference. Thanks, and enjoy getting strong today! Push Press 5-5-5-5-5 (establish 5 rep max) Bench press 8-6-4-3-2-1-4+, then immediately after you have 2 minutes to attempt max push ups. Post- 40 side twist with 25lb plate; feet off ground; back and forth=1 (try to complete in as few sets as possible)]]>

    Push Press: 95-135-155-165(F on last rep)- 165
    Bench Press: 135-155-185-205-225-225-205(4) — 30 pushups

  2. 4:23 on 12 reps fs & 20 pull ups x 3 for sundays wod.
    Bench sucked today. Nursing bad shoulder. Failed at 315. Almost crushed me.

    and did the post work out as rx’d but did not time myself. got in a set of 30, then finished with 10

  5. Thought I was going to have a bad day from feeling groggy from new diet and losing a couple pounds, but pr’d on both push press and bench tonight.
    bench…185/200/215/235/255/270/225(5) and 35 push-ups.
    Push press…165/175/185/205/225(3)

  6. Push Press_33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 78, 83
    -did more than the 5 rounds because there was time and I was pushing myself with weight- PR with 83#
    Bench Press_33, 43, 53, 63, 73, 83, 63 – 6 reps
    -followed by 21 tough pushups
    While it may not look like much still- I am definitely getting stronger from all my time at CFNT. Yay!
