Monday: starting the day off with olympic lifting work before getting into a twist on a classic benchmark workout. We will be going lighter on the barbell and lowering the level of difficulty on the gymnastics movement to make the workout quicker. Tuesday: Our first part of the day is skill work for working on mobility, stability, and explosiveness. Your workout will be an AMRAP with high level gymnastics, kettlebell work, and your jump rope. Wednesday: getting outside for the first time this year in honor of the warm weather rolling into town! We will warm up with the agility ladder and move into a couplet with your first runs of spring. Thursday: more skill work to start the day, this time getting strict strength and isometric work in. We will finish out the day with a couplet that will be reminiscent of an earlier open workout! Friday: week 4 of the CrossFit Open and Friday night lights. You will do the workout in all classes today but we will run heats in the evenings at Monon and 922. Saturday: closing the week out with a NapTown twist on a newer girl benchmark workout. Have a fun and fit week!]]>
