Click here to register! Monday: our week will begin with some skill work focusing on strict movement and good technique. The day will finish out with some interval work with lighter weights and some cardio work to keep you moving fast. Tuesday: we will be taking on a benchmark today that we last tested exactly one year ago. It will be the first portion of the day so you are fresh and ready to try for a PR. After that, you will be working outside on some core strength and odd object skills. Wednesday: starting your day off with strength endurance finding a 10 rep max squat. We will finish out with sprint work outside! Thursday: you will begin the day with skill work focusing on core strength development. Your workout for the day will be grippy with a side of core strengthening. Friday: week two of Row’d Royalty plus! Prepare for rowing paired with another movement and get ready to crush it. The workout will be released at 8:00pm Thursday evening. Saturday: taking on a longer workout today that recently showed up on the main site. Come ready to work and ready to run!
