  1. 160# (PR). Excited that I’lll be soon aproaching body weight hopefully next 6 weeks.
    75 thrusters as Rx’ed.

    1. You kicked some serious butt on those presses today, buddy! I wish I was on your level!

      1. No buddy, your shoulders were tired/sore. You’ll come back in a couple of days (hopefully after a massage/mobitility) stronger. I wish I had your strength in general. I was just amped and that pushed me to do better.

  2. only got 105# for the press, I’ve hit 110# the past couple times – maybe that’s the difference between a 6am attempt and a 6pm one
    RXed – 78 reps

  3. 165# strict press (PR). Body weight goal is a long way away…
WOD: 60 reps as Rx’d. This was a great partner workout. Thanks to Nick S. for pushing me!
Finally, Doug was indeed a champion today at SP!

  4. 45# strict press (boo — I can do better!)
84 thrusters @ 33# — might be time to up that weight.
